Environmental policy

We are committed to environmental care throughout the production process. This is the basis for our research and development of products that are capable of high technical performance while also meeting all environmental regulations.

INDUSTRIAS QUIMICAS IRURENA S.A., with the goal of preserving and maintaining the environmental balance and making rational use of natural resources, undertakes to comply with the following points:

Prevent, eliminate, or minimise any impacts on the environment caused by its activities and services, with a commitment to continuous improvement and to preventing contamination.
Establish a systematic review and follow-up of the environmental goals and targets set.
Ensure the active involvement of employees, which is key to continuous environmental improvement. Staff training will therefore be a priority area in this policy.
Document and implement the Environmental Policy and communicate it to all employees.
Inform our employees, suppliers, customers, and the public about our environmental actions.
Comply with all applicable European, state, regional and local environmental legislation, and regulations, along with any other environmental requirements the Organisation has signed up to.
The environmental policy of INDUSTRIAS QUIMICAS IRURENA S.A. will be periodically reviewed to keep it up to date and will be available to the public.
