We attended as speakers at the Basque Circular Summit 2022

Involvement in and contribution to sustainability and respect for the environment

Mikel Larrañaga, Sustainability and Environment Manager of Irurena Group was in charge of representing us at the last Basque Circular Summit 2022, a congress on eco-design and circular economy that aims to alert about the current and future challenges of companies in terms of circular economy and to analyse the opportunities for the Basque economy.

The event was attended by more than 800 participants from 350 Basque companies with a clear commitment to progress towards an economy that respects and cares the environment.

At Irurena Group, we have spent years of daily effort and commitment to minimize, as far as possible, our environmental impact as an industrial company. Values that differentiate us and gives us a competitive advantage through the development of high-quality varnishes and paints that respect the environment.

Thanks to the congress, we had the opportunity to highlight our work carried out so far to comply with current legislation and to show our involvement and contribution to sustainability and respect for the environment.

During the presentation on CHEMISTRY AND POLYMERS we showed the wide range of varnishes and paints with EU Ecolabel label that you can find in the different brands of Irurena Group.
